This quotation means that the person ,who is an optimist, has the hope and insistence to do whatever without hesitation or fear of fail. That person has positive feeling toward the life and take advantage of every opportunity . While the pessimist works in the opposite way. He or she thinks there are difficulties and problems in every opportunity. He or she is lake of hopeless.
I completely agree with this saying. It describes the real feeling of a person who is either pessimist or optimist. Like this saying can be applied by trying to overcome difficulties and try to be successful in everything. Work hard and have hope to reach your goal. When you see difficulties and you don't try to overcome it, you will be pessimist and you will fail!
In general I am a optimist person. I have hope and ability to take advantage of the opportunity without hesitation or fear. As an example, before I came to US some people in my country said you will face many problems and you may not succeed in your study there and don't wast your time! If I'm crazy I would hear them and stay there. But I have hope and challenge to achieve my goals, so I took the advantage of the scholarship and I came here.
